Williams Chase Great British Extra Dry Gin 70cl

Similarly to the Elegant Gin, Williams Chase GB Gin is unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is simply redistilled. The GB Gin is made from the same cider apples grown on the family farm in Herefordshire to produce Naked Chase vodka, which is then infused with 10 of Chases finest botanicals.

The nose provides aromas of dry juniper (from the juniper buds) with zesty citrus and some warm spicy notes.

The juniper continues onto the palate with dark chocolate and citrus zest upfront, followed by warm, spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
