Thiénot Brut Vintage 2012 is a rich, gastronomic style of Champagne, based mostly on pinot noir, and sourced mostly from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The wine underwent full malolactic conversion, followed by 8 years in bottle before disgorgement.
The founder of this boutique house, Alain Thiénot, worked for 20 years as a wine broker in Champagne before setting up his own brand in 1985. Alain’s contacts helped him to source the best quality grapes, whilst the estate vineyard holdings, which amount to 30 hectares, provide more than half of their fruit.
