Pol Roger Brut Réserve NV Champagne 75cl is the definitive house-style, composed from 30 still base wines drawn from at least two vintages, and the three varieties of Champagne, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The Pinot Noir comes from the villages of the Montagne de Reims and contributes body and character; the Chardonnay comes from Epernay itself and the Cête des Blancs and provides lightness and elegance; the Pinot Meunier comes from the Vallée de la Marne. Pol Roger Champagne Pure Extra Brut Reserve NV Champagne 75cl is a zero dosage champagne which is subtle, light and elegant, with a refreshing trace of minerality. Mid yellow in colour, the Pure Brut has a high toned and aromatically spiced nose, with some elements of crushed apple, revealing good fruit intensity and weight. It is stylish and bright on the palate, with good length and very pure acidity. A wine in its most natural state without the addition of any sweetening dosage.

Pol Roger Rich Demi Sec NV Champagne 75cl is a “semi dry” cuveé fulfilling a valuable role, as an ideal accompaniment to desserts, and in satisfying the Champagne enthusiast with a sweeter palate. With the exception of added sweetness, the cuvée is identical in all respects to the Pol Roger reserve, their most popular style. With hints of beeswax and apricot and notes of acacia honey, this is remarkably refreshing where the acidity cuts right through the heart of the Champagne leaving a cleansed palate.
