Victoria pineapples are macerated in Plantation 3 Stars Rum and then further distilled, more pineapple is also infused in Plantation Original Dark rum. These two elements are then brought together to give an explosion of pineapple and spice. The idea for this rum was inspired by the Charles Dickens character Pickwick Papers, Reverend Stiggins, whose favorite drink was “pineapple rum.”
