Pierre Gimonnet Oger Grand Cru 2015 is a very limited, single-terroir Blanc de Blancs Champagne made by a grower who specialises in Chardonnay. Just 5200 bottles of this micro-cuvée were made, the grapes coming from Oger Grand Cru vineyards in the Southern end of the Côte des Blancs. These terroirs tend to produce wines with a smoky, flinty minerality.
Pierre Gimonnet is a member of the prestigious collection of growers known as Club Trésors, and this Champagne achieves their highest classification, Special Club, which is awarded only to the most outstanding wines in the finest vintages.
