The spirit of the Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage is based on three main principles: Freedom of interpretation, selection of the year’s most remarkable wines, and individuality of the vintage.
The 2009 is the 73rd Grand Vintage release for Moet & Chandon and is the first that has Pinot Noir dominant in the blend for many years, with a grape blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay, and 14% Pinot Meunier.
