Les Clos du Caillou Côtes du Rhône Bouquet des Garrigues 2019 is a blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre, Carignan, Counoise. Due to a dry and very hot vintage year, there is a great concentration of flavours and complexity from these hand harvested grapes.
Paul Pouizin first planted vines in 1955 discovering the amazing terroir that lay under this forested land. The domain started organic processes in 2000 and received its organic certification for the 2010 vintage.
