This champagne was created with the vision of producing one of the very best non-vintage bruts and is a blend of only Grand and Premier Cru grapes. After being aged for a minimum of 5 years on lees, it is presented in the same antique-style bottle used when the House first started producing sparkling wines.
Creamy and dry but not acidic, this brut is biscuity and full-bodied, which makes it a perfect reflection of the true Gosset style.
Champagne Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne and was established in Ay in 1584 by the Cointreau family. All Gosset champagnes will have been recently disgorged and the house does not undertake any malolactic fermentation.
