This is the first Blanc de Noirs champagne in Gosset history. It was created initially as an experiment, using some of the house’s favourite crus. The final blend includes the Premier Crus of Chigny-les-Roses, Tauxieres, and Avenay, and the Grand Crus of Ambonnay, Ay, and Verzy.
The champagne has spent 9 years on lees before being disgorged, and only 12,000 bottles have been produced for this limited edition Cuvee.
Champagne Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne and was established in Ay in 1584. All Gosset champagnes will have been recently disgorged and the house does undertake malolactic fermentation.
