The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed — a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.

Briottet’s Peppermint Liqueur is produced by distilling mint leaves – mainly peppermint leaves – and then adding some fine sugar. It is pure, well-balanced and very refreshing that gives off a wonderful scent.
