Eden Mill are Scotland’s original single-site brewery and distillery. So in Hop Gin, they married brewing and distilling. Hops, a core ingredient of beer, meet their distillery’s gin. And the result is a zesty citrus and apricot aroma. Strong, at 46% abv, with a thick, heavy, rich finish.

Key bontanticals are juniper berries, angelica, coriander, galaxy hops.
