Dog Point Vineyard Pinot Noir Red Wine 2019 New Zealand 75cl

Dog Point Vineyard Pinot Noir 2019 is a superb red wine from one of the most highly respected producers in Marlborough, New Zealand. The vines were planted in 1983 on clay hillsides, and are cropped for low yields, resulting in concentrated wines with remarkable ageing potential. 25% of the grapes were left as whole bunches, which contributes a spicy element to the aromas and textural finesse on the palate. After fermentation using wild yeasts, the wine was racked to French oak barriques (30% new) for 18 months of ageing.
