Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey is produced in small batches sourcing all the corn from local farmers within 50 miles of the distillery. A mixture of 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley is milled then all three go through a 72-hour sour mash. Daddy Rack was started by J.Arthur Rackham after working with Cognac, Armagnac and Calvados for over 40 years he has now realised his dream of creating his own Whiskey true to tradition.
