Made with 100% local, floor malted barley Cotswolds Peated Cask Single Malt Whisky is aged in ex-peated quarter casks before being bottled at cask strength for a robust flavour.

Delicious when served neat or made into an Old Fashioned with muscovado sugar syrup and an orange twist.

The Cotswolds Distillery, which opened in 2014, is one of the few distilleries that produce English whisky. Harry Cockburn and Dr. Jim Swan were instrumental in the distillery’s early development. Production began on September 5th 2014 and the first cask of single malt whisky was filled on September 22nd, 2014. The distillery, which is surrounded by magnificent barley fields, creates a very fruity whisky with faint peat notes in its Peated Cask expression.
