Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs 2013 is made from Chardonnay grown in the prestigious Grand Crus of Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger. It is aged for 7 years on lees and given a low dosage, resulting in a dry, citrus-driven champagne with attractive toasty characteristics. The abstract label artwork is by Anne Commet, titled “Liberté”.
