The Boizel Grand Vintage 2012 Brut is an outstanding blend of 40% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier, 3% of the wines were aged in oak casks. The Boizel House was founded in Épernay in 1834, today the vineyard stretches over seven hectares in the heart of the best historical terroirs of the Champagne region. The Boizel family’s extensive knowledge of each village and hillside along with longstanding grower relationships gives them the capability to select the best quality grapes for their Champagnes.
